Introduction

Plot Summary

People are divided into two groups: one that supports Kanti’s cause and one that opposes it. The religious leaders are furious and try to stop Kanti by any means possible. They also try to manipulate the public opinion by spreading false propaganda and inciting communal riots. Kanti, however, remains firm and fearless in his fight for justice. He is supported by his lawyer friend Hanif Qureshi (Paresh Rawal) and his journalist friend Meera Joshi (Yami Gautam), who help him expose the hypocrisy and fraud of the religious institutions.
